Worth knowing locally

Is a portable evaporative cooler any use in a Surabaya workshop?
Only in limited situations. Our 150 litre portable cooler helps at an open shutter or in a ventilated bay where fresh air is drawn straight through, but in a closed humid workshop it will add moisture without a useful temperature drop. For general relief we would rather quote fans and extraction.
