You receive a PI with unit prices in USD, your chosen Incoterm, container loading plan, lead time and payment terms.

Order confirmation
Advance payment or LC opened. Production is scheduled and a dispatch date confirmed.

Manufacturing and QC
10–20 working days depending on quantity. Every unit is factory tested for airflow, vibration and electrical safety before packing.

Packing and documentation
Export-grade packing, ISPM 15 compliant timber where used, container stuffing photos shared with you.

Shipment and tracking
B/L and complete document set couriered and emailed. We track the container to destination port with you.

Installation support
Wiring diagrams, commissioning checklists and remote technical support for your installation team. On-site supervision available for large projects.

Terms we ship on.
If you are importing for the first time, CIF is usually the simplest — we handle freight and marine insurance to your port and you deal only with import clearance.
Ex Works
Collect from our Chakan, Pune facility. You arrange inland transport, customs and freight.
Free On Board
We deliver to Nhava Sheva or Mundra and clear export customs. You arrange sea freight and insurance.
Cost and Freight
We cover sea freight to your named destination port. You cover insurance and import clearance.
Cost, Insurance and Freight
We cover freight and marine insurance to your destination port. Our most-used term for first orders.
Delivered Duty Paid
Available on request for selected destinations, subject to a local clearance partner.

We supply single trial units to established buyers, mixed-model part containers to new importers, and multi-container programmes to distributors. Freight cost per unit is what drives the economics, so we will tell you honestly where your order sits and whether waiting to consolidate is worth it.

Quantities vary with configuration, discharge type and whether units ship assembled or knocked down. Mixed-model loading is standard and we will optimise the plan for your order.

Documentation
Every document your customs broker will ask for.
Incomplete paperwork is the most common reason a first import stalls at port. We send the full set with every consignment, couriered in hard copy and emailed as scans.

We do not enforce a rigid MOQ. We supply single trial units, mixed-model part containers for new importers and multi-container programmes for distributors. What actually matters is freight cost per unit — we will tell you honestly where your order sits and whether consolidating is worth the wait.
Which Incoterms do you work on?
EXW from our Chakan facility, FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, CFR and CIF to your named destination port. DDP is available on request for selected destinations where we have a local clearance partner. CIF is the most common term for first orders.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 30% advance with 70% against a bill of lading copy for repeat buyers, or a 100% irrevocable letter of credit at sight through a first-class bank for larger first orders. 50/50 advance and pre-dispatch is common for smaller first orders. We accept USD, EUR, AED and GBP.
How long is the production lead time?
10–20 working days depending on quantity and model mix, confirmed at order stage rather than estimated. Sea transit is additional and varies by destination — 5–8 days to Oman, 7–10 to Jebel Ali, 12–18 to Mombasa, 18–26 to Australia.
How many units fit in a container?
A 40 ft high cube takes roughly 56–60 AYZAIR-18/22 coolers, 12–14 large HVLS fans, or 20–24 large exhaust fans. Full loading tables are on this page, and we produce a specific loading plan with every proforma invoice.
What certifications do you supply?
CE, IEC, LVD and EMC certificates with full technical files and test reports for the HVLS range, plus IP55 and IE3+ motor ratings, declarations of conformity, certificate of origin and ISPM 15 packaging declarations. See our certifications page for detail.
Do you offer OEM or private labelling?
Yes, for volume orders. We can supply in neutral packaging or with your branding on the cabinet and documentation. Discuss quantities with us and we will confirm what is practical.
Can you help with installation in my country?
We supply wiring diagrams, commissioning checklists and remote technical support for every consignment. For larger projects, on-site supervision by our engineers can be arranged at cost.
