Certifications & quality
Certified, tested, documented.
International buyers and specifying engineers need paperwork as much as performance. Here is exactly what Ayzair products are certified to, how every unit is tested, and what documentation ships with your order.

Standards & ratings
What our products are certified to.
CE Marking
HVLS AS Series
Declares conformity with applicable European health, safety and environmental protection directives. Required for placing electrical equipment on the European Economic Area market and widely accepted as a quality benchmark across the Gulf, Africa and Asia.
IEC Standards
HVLS AS Series
Compliance with International Electrotechnical Commission standards for rotating electrical machines and fan safety — the internationally recognised baseline for electrical equipment design and testing.
Low Voltage Directive
HVLS AS Series
Conformity with 2014/35/EU, covering electrical equipment designed for use between 50 and 1000 V AC. Confirms the product is safe under normal and reasonably foreseeable fault conditions.
Electromagnetic Compatibility
HVLS AS Series
Conformity with 2014/30/EU. Confirms the VFD drive and motor neither emit disruptive electromagnetic interference nor malfunction in the presence of it — important on floors with sensitive instrumentation.
IP55 Ingress Protection
HVLS motors · Air cooler motors · Exhaust fan motors
Dust protected and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This is the rating that lets our motors run 24×7 in dusty foundries, humid poultry housing and wash-down food environments.
IE3+ Efficiency Class
HVLS PMSM motors
Premium efficiency class under IEC 60034-30-1. The direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous design has no gearbox loss, which is how a 24 ft fan moves 14,900 m³/min on 1,500 W.
Class H Insulation
HVLS motors
Insulation rated to 180 °C, giving substantial thermal headroom for continuous duty in high-ambient installations — the difference between a ten-year motor and a three-year one.
ISPM 15 Packaging
All export consignments
Timber packaging is heat treated and marked in accordance with ISPM 15, meeting the phytosanitary requirements of Australia, New Zealand, the EU and other regulated destinations.
Certification scope is stated per product family. Certificates, test reports and declarations of conformity are issued against your specific consignment — request them with your quotation and we will attach the current documents.
Quality control
Six checks before a unit leaves the plant.
Every unit, not a sample. The QC record is serial-numbered and retained against your consignment.
01
Incoming material inspection
Steel gauge, galvanizing thickness, polypropylene grade and motor documentation verified against specification on receipt.
02
Impeller balancing
Every impeller and blade assembly is precision balanced before fitting — this is what keeps vibration and bearing wear low over years of continuous duty.
03
Electrical safety test
Insulation resistance, earth continuity and no-load current checked on every unit against the rated values.
04
Airflow verification
Airflow measured against the published rating. Units outside tolerance do not ship.
05
Run test
Extended run test for vibration, temperature rise and abnormal noise before the unit is released to packing.
06
Pre-despatch inspection
Final visual, dimensional and accessory check with serial-numbered QC record retained against the consignment.

Certification scope reflects the current production standard and is confirmed against your order. Local conformity marks — UKCA, RCM, SASO, SONCAP and equivalents — are applied by the importer or responsible person in your market using the technical file we supply.

Answers
Certification — frequently asked questions
Cannot find what you need? Call +91 80871 10156 or WhatsApp us — an engineer, not a call centre, picks up.
Ask on WhatsAppWhich Ayzair products are CE certified?
The HVLS AS Series carries CE, IEC, LVD and EMC certification. Motors across the evaporative cooler and exhaust fan ranges are IP55 rated and continuously duty rated; certificates and test reports for those are supplied with each consignment on request.
Can you provide the technical file for local conformity marking?
Yes. We supply the complete technical construction file, test reports and declaration of conformity, which is what your local responsible person or importer needs to apply UKCA, RCM, SASO, SONCAP or equivalent marking in your market.
What does IP55 actually protect against?
IP55 means dust protected — ingress of dust is not entirely prevented but cannot enter in quantity sufficient to interfere with operation — and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. In practice this is what allows continuous operation in dusty foundries, ammonia-laden poultry housing and wash-down food environments.
Is every unit tested before dispatch?
Yes. Every unit goes through electrical safety testing, airflow verification and an extended run test for vibration and temperature rise, with a serial-numbered QC record retained against the consignment.
Do you supply warranty documentation?
A warranty certificate is issued with every unit, together with wiring diagrams, a commissioning checklist and maintenance guidance. Warranty terms are confirmed on your proforma invoice.
