Overview

Inline-Jet Mixed-Flow Duct Fans

At the core of every Inline-Jet Fan is a mixed-flow impeller that combines the pressure characteristic of a centrifugal fan with the volume of an axial one. Housed in a double-insulated PP body with a snap-joint shell, it delivers strong, stable airflow through long duct runs — while staying light enough for single-person installation and quiet enough for occupied spaces.

The high-strength polypropylene body resists corrosion in humid, demanding environments. Double-insulated motor construction adds a layer of electrical safety for continuous operation. The snap-joint housing means fast installation, secure sealing and simple access for cleaning — no specialist tools required.

Five duct sizes — Ø100, Ø150, Ø200, Ø250 and Ø315 mm — cover everything from a single bathroom stack to whole-building air movement, HRV/ERV boosting and commercial parking or utility extraction. Three mounting configurations support ceiling, bracket and wall installation, and the reversible orientation supports both supply and extract.

Engineering

Why plants specify inline-jet fans.

6 reasons the range holds up in continuous industrial service.

High-strength PP body

Moulded from high-strength PP plastic for lightweight durability, corrosion resistance and long life in humid environments.

Double insulation

A double-insulated motor construction adds an extra layer of electrical safety for continuous, worry-free operation.

Mixed-flow impeller

Purpose-designed for high pressure and large air volume at high efficiency — more air per watt, remarkably low sound.

Snap-joint housing

A special snap-joint design enables fast installation, secure sealing and simple access for cleaning — no specialist tools.

Flexible airflow

Reversible orientation supports both supply and extract; the impeller holds pressure through bends and long duct runs.

Quiet mounting

The moulded base and bracket points dampen vibration, keeping operation quiet even above occupied rooms.

Ask on WhatsApp
What is a mixed-flow inline fan?

A mixed-flow impeller combines the high static pressure of a centrifugal fan with the high air volume of an axial fan. This lets a compact inline unit push air through long duct runs with multiple bends where a plain axial fan would stall.

Which size do I need?

Match the fan to your existing duct diameter and required air changes. As a guide: Ø100 for 8–16 m², Ø150 for 18–36 m², Ø200 for 34–76 m², Ø250 for 42–84 m² and Ø315 for 60–120 m² at typical ceiling heights.

Can it be used for supply as well as extract?

Yes. The orientation is reversible, so the same unit works for supply or extract, including HRV/ERV boosting.

How is it mounted?

Three configurations: in-line along a horizontal ceiling duct with the reserved access panel facing outward, on an L-type bracket for suspended or offset installs, or wall-mounted vertically with a short duct riser.

How quiet is it?

From 25 dB at low speed on the Ø100 model. Moulded base and bracket points dampen vibration, which keeps operation quiet even when installed above occupied rooms.
