Usually not well. Jakarta air already holds most of the moisture it can carry, so an evaporative cooler drops the supply temperature only a few degrees and raises humidity indoors. For a general factory floor we recommend HVLS fans for body cooling and Hammer wall fans to pull heat and fumes out of the building instead.
How many HVLS fans does a 5,000 sq m Cikarang warehouse need?
A 24 ft Ayzair HVLS fan covers up to about 1,200 sq m in an open building, so four to five units would suit a 5,000 sq m floor. Racking, mezzanines and packing lines break up the air pattern, so send us a layout drawing and roof height and we will mark fan positions on it.
What is the total delivery time from Pune to Jakarta?
Manufacturing takes 10 to 20 working days depending on the model and quantity, sea transit from Nhava Sheva to Tanjung Priok runs 12 to 16 days, and customs clearance and inland trucking usually add three to five days. Plan on six to eight weeks door to door for a first order.
