Worth knowing locally
- Al Ain groundwater is hard, so the cooler should be set with a generous bleed off rate and the tank flushed monthly or scale will build on the pads and cut airflow within a season.
- Fine desert dust is the main maintenance issue inland. Pre filters and a fortnightly pad wash keep an 18,000 to 30,000 CMH duct cooler at rated output.
